The Red Jackets captured the Class B state football championship with a dominant 34-0 victory over Sleepy Hollow. The defense pitched a shutout while the offense controlled the clock.
This championship caps an undefeated season for the program. Players and coaches celebrated on the field as fans rushed to congratulate them.
“This is what we’ve worked for all season,” the head coach said. “These kids deserve this moment.”
